  • Advised Veraxa Biotech AG, a Nasdaq-listed clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of a comprehensive pipeline of next-generation cancer therapies, in its $1.3 billion merger with Voyager Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands-exempted company and publicly traded special purpose acquisition company targeting the healthcare sector (Nasdaq: VACH).
