Allyson O'Brien

Allyson Paige O’Brien is an associate in the firm's Trial Practice Group, focusing on construction-related matters. Her practice includes representing developers, property owners and other stakeholders in the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements, design agreements, and other transactional documents for commercial real estate development and construction projects and advising clients on legal matters throughout the construction process.

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Allyson assisted developer clients in both the litigation and transactional aspects of large-scale real estate development projects, including condominium hotels, residential towers and mixed-use developments. Her prior experience litigating multi-million-dollar construction claims and resolving disputes during the course of construction provide her with a unique perspective in preparing and negotiating construction and design agreements and addressing client concerns throughout the course of construction projects.

Allyson earned her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law and her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
