Andrew P. Quay practices in the area of employment law with a focus on employment-related class action litigation. Andrew defends businesses in matters ranging from nationwide class and collective actions to single-plaintiff charges concerning allegations of discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations.
Andrew has represented employers in EEOC proceedings and counseled companies on compliance with federal and state laws, including issues related to evolving marijuana regulations.
Andrew is a 2024 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and a graduate of Denison University.
