Andrew P. Quay practices in the area of litigation with an emphasis on employment and general civil litigation. He has represented clients in disputes involving discrimination, wage and hour matters, employment agreements and workplace policies. He has defended employers in EEOC proceedings, collective actions and bonus disputes, and counseled companies on compliance with federal and state laws, including issues related to pregnancy discrimination and evolving marijuana regulations. Andrew also represents clients in general litigation, including land use, personal injury and veterans’ benefits matters. He has experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, and arguing motions in court.
