Annabel Pollioni practices in the area of employment law. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Pollioni was a trial attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, San Francisco District Office, where she advised EEOC Enforcement supervisors and investigators on the direction of investigative efforts, and analyzed investigative findings and made recommendations on whether to initiate or decline litigation pursuant to the statutory requirements of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EPA, and PFA.
Ms. Pollioni also has experience counseling employers regarding employee disciplinary issues, internal investigations, compliance with employment laws and policy development. She drafted employee handbooks and separation agreements; conducted employee training on anti-discrimination laws; and served as lead associate on a pro bono prisoners’ rights class action.
Ms. Pollioni previously served as law clerk to the Hon. Cathy L. Waldor, U.S. Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Pollioni is a 2017 cum laude graduate of Rutgers Law School, where she was submissions editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, and a cum laude graduate of Rutgers University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
