Anna Rendell-Baker practices in the area of energy law, with a primary focus on energy regulatory matters. She represents electric and gas third-party retail suppliers nationwide in competitive retail markets and advises clients on various state-led policy investigations and rulemakings, including proceedings addressing decarbonization, reliability, and the future of the grid. Anna has represented utilities in a variety of gas, electric, and water regulatory proceedings before public utility commissions in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, including numerous base distribution rate cases. She also assists clients with renewable energy procurements, including drafting power purchase agreements, requests for proposals, as well as assisting clients in subsequent bid reviews. Anna has also assisted with appeals from state agency rulings, including several that reached the Connecticut Supreme Court.
