Anna Rendell-Baker practices in the area of energy law, with a primary focus in energy regulatory law. She represents utilities in gas, electric and water regulatory proceedings before public utility commissions in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her work includes base distribution rate cases, on behalf of natural gas, electric, and water utilities. Anna also has experience in regulatory proceedings for natural gas infrastructure improvements and reconciliations (such as Massachusetts’ GSEP and GREC filings and Connecticut’s DIMP program), performance-based ratemaking proceedings, energy efficiency proceedings, and has experience advising clients on state-led investigations and rulemakings including on the topics of decarbonization and non-pipeline alternatives. She has assisted with appeals from state agency rate case decisions and approvals for mergers and acquisitions involving water companies.
