Ari B. Hoffman is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. Ari represents clients in a broad range of complex business litigation matters, including construction litigation, breach of contract disputes, corporate and LLC ownership conflicts, restrictive covenant litigation and regulatory investigations. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts and advising clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and corporate governance.
Mr. Hoffman is a 2020 graduate of the Washington University School of Law, where he received a Certificate of Excellence in Oral Advocacy, and a 2017 graduate of Indiana University.
