Brandon Harper has experience litigating matters in both the state and federal courts in Delaware with a particular focus on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Harper served as law clerk to the Hon. Richard R. Cooch of the Delaware Superior Court.
Mr. Harper is a 2017 cum laude graduate of Widener University Law School, Delaware, where he was External Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and a graduate of the University of Delaware.
