Brendan Mullen is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He assists clients with a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development-related issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he represented Commonwealth agencies and officials through all stages of litigation in federal and state court, including through trial.
During law school, Brendan gained real estate experience as a legal extern with Alterra Property Group, where he assisted with matters involving the sale, purchase, leasing and financing of commercial real estate assets. He also abstracted loan and lease agreements and conducted research in support of acquisition and development projects.
Brendan earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
