Brianna Vinci practices in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on litigation. Ms. Vinci has experience with litigating intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright matters.
Ms. Vinci has litigated cases involving various technologies and industries, including software, telecommunications, medical devices, and lighting. She is skilled in assisting clients at all stages of litigation, from the initial stages through trial and appeal. Ms. Vinci has handled cases in various federal district courts, appellate courts, and at agencies such as the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. Ms. Vinci has experience in the most active patent litigation jurisdictions, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. As part of her litigation practice, she provides legal analysis, works with fact witnesses and experts, manages discovery, prepares and argues motions, prepares pretrial documents, and assists with preparing and presenting cases at trial. Ms. Vinci is also experienced in enforcing and defending client rights in intellectual property through pre-litigation efforts, including drafting cease and desist letters.
Ms. Vinci is a 2018 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a Research Editor of Temple Law Review Volume 90 and Staff Editor of Volume 89. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She has a working proficiency in Spanish.

Representative Matters
Shandong Shinho Food Industries Co., Ltd. v. May Flower International, Inc., GB Green Gastronome, LLC, and Xiaobo Yao, Civil Action No. 1:19-cv-1621-MKB-RER (E.D.N.Y 2019). Representing Shandong Shinho in an action involving trademark infringement of the CONG BAN LV mark for use with soybean paste and other processed food products, and in parallel TTAB proceedings involving the same parties.
Represented Trojan Battery Co. in its trademark infringement and unfair competition case against Trojan EV LLC and Golf Carts of Cypress LLC, securing a $2.6 million award and a permanent injunction.
- Represented a defendant accused of patent infringement in the first multidistrict litigation consolidated in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
- Represented suppliers of optical tunable lenses as respondents in Section 337 patent infringement proceedings before the International Trade Commission.
- Represented a telecommunications provider in defending a patent infringement-based bankruptcy claim, including preparing witnesses and materials for a bifurcated trial on damages.
- Drafted and submitted an amicus brief at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on behalf of the largest manufacturing association in the U.S., concerning the ITC’s interpretation of the on-sale bar.
Colony Grill Development, LLC et al v. Colony Grill, Inc. et al. Representing Plaintiffs in a Declaratory Judgment action against Licensors of “Colony Grill” trademark, wherein we allege Licensors have abandoned their trademark due to naked licensing.
Represented a medical device manufacturer accused of infringing various utility and method patents relating to the identification of and power-injection of power injectable implantable ports, and in enforcing the client’s own patents for power injectable ports identifiable post-implantation.
Represented a medical device manufacturer accused of design patent infringement at trial before the United States District Court for the Eastern District Pennsylvania.
Represented the owner of famous and well-known trademarks for wine and alcohol products in an opposition proceeding before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, in which the client opposed the issuance of a confusingly similar trademark for alcoholic beverages.
