Bryan Joel Lim

Bryan Joel Lim is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC.

Bryan's main area of practice is in international commercial arbitration, working on SIAC- and LCIA-governed proceedings for cross-border commercial disputes involving American, Indian, Chinese and Indonesian entities in various industries, including energy, technology and raw materials. However, as part of the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC, Bryan also assists with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) deals as well as provides general corporate and finance law advice.

Bryan graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from National University of Singapore Faculty of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022.

Bryan’s prior work experience includes stints as a transactions lawyer in a debt capital markets team of a leading local law firm and as a deputy public prosecutor representing the state of Singapore in prosecuting criminal matters.

He is fluent in English and Chinese.
