Burke Wynne is an associate in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group.
He represents employers across a range of industries in employment disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, and whistleblower claims brought by current and former employees. He also defends employers in wage and hour class and representative actions, including PAGA matters, and advises clients on employment law compliance and workplace risk management.
A San Francisco native, Burke earned his B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a member of the Division I Men’s Rowing Team. He earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and as an extern to the Honorable David B. Carson of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Roanoke City.
