Caitlin D. McAtee practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on commercial finance. Ms. McAtee has experience representing banks and other financial institutions, as well as private credit and specialty finance funds in a variety of commercial loan transactions, including senior, subordinated and mezzanine debt financings (both secured and unsecured), and often represents administrative and collateral agents in syndicated credit facilities. Ms. McAtee’s finance transactions routinely include revolving credit, term loans, capital expenditure and letter of credit facilities, sponsor backed facilities, asset-based lending, healthcare financing, commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing, construction loans and other structured transactions. Ms. McAtee’s practice also includes the representation of corporate borrowers on corporate finance and event-driven transactions.
Ms. McAtee is a 2016 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was associate comments editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, and a graduate of Ithaca College. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. McAtee practiced law as an associate at a prominent Mid-Atlantic law firm.
