Charlyn Cruz practices in the area of commercial litigation and international arbitration. Her practice focuses on complex disputes in a number of different sectors, such banking and finance, technology and transportation. Her work is often cross-border in nature and her experience spans multiple jurisdictions in Europe, the US and Asia.
Ms. Cruz has an interest in technology, particularly ongoing developments in the Web3 space. As such, she has increased her focus on litigation, investigations and asset recovery in the digital asset space. In the context of cryptoassets, she has advised clients on various measures of injunctive relief, such as freezing injunctions, proprietary injunctions and disclosure orders.
Ms. Cruz has previously gained extensive experience in a variety of other areas such as mis-selling, breach of contract, professional negligence, LIBOR manipulation and group litigation.
