Ciara Dineen is a member of the Labor and Employment group with experience defending clients from claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, defamation, and wage and hour claims.
Ms. Dineen has experience handling matters at varied stages in litigation, from negotiating pre-litigation matters to handling all stages of discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing a wide breath of motions. Ms. Dineen has assisted clients in civil actions, mediation, arbitration, and in matters before the Civil Rights Department and EEOC.
She has represented both individual and corporate clients, and has assisted clients from a range of industries including healthcare, high-tech, venture capital, manufacturing, non-profit, and construction.
Prior to working in labor and employment, Ms. Dineen began her career defending clients in medical malpractice cases, where she gained experience working with medical providers, soliciting opinions of medical experts, and successfully moving for summary judgment.
