Colin Glaeser practices in the area of corporate law. His practice focuses on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. In addition, he has experience advising executive management teams in connection with transactions involving private equity firms. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Glaeser served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert E. Littlefield, Jr., of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Glaeser is a 2018 graduate of Boston College Law School and a cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California.
