Connor Cassady

Connor Cassady is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and general corporate advisory matters.

Connor represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and financings. He drafts and negotiates purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents, coordinates due diligence and supports all phases of deal execution and closing. He also advises clients on corporate governance, entity formation and ongoing compliance, and frequently serves as a day-to-day contact on corporate matters.

In addition, Connor has experience reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and internal policies, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to execute complex transactions. His experience includes work on commercial real estate matters and securities-related transactions.

Connor is a 2022 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business in 2019.
