Constance Seow

Constance Seow is a Senior Associate in Selvam LLC’s Corporate Practice Group. She practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions as well as private equity matters.

Constance advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including employment, data privacy, fundraising, joint venture and restructuring. She has represented clients across various industries such as consumer and retail, energy, oil and gas, industrial and manufacturing and technology.

Constance received her LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
