Cullen Grace concentrates his practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency law. He has assisted in the representation of a wide range of clients both domestic and foreign and has a specialty in cross-border cases filed under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Grace has assisted in numerous cross-border and international insolvency matters involving the United States and foreign jurisdictions including England, Canada, Germany, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Isle of Man, Mexico and Nigeria.
Mr. Grace is a graduate, with honors, of Rutgers Camden School of Law, where he was a state constitutional law editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. He received an M.A. in political science from the University of Chicago and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Drew University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
