Daniel W. Fitzpatrick

Daniel W. Fitzpatrick practices in the area of corporate law, advising clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, '34 Act reporting, as well as in general corporate governance matters.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a 2020 graduate of Boston College Law School and a graduate of Boston College. While in law school, Mr. Fitzpatrick was a judicial intern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to law school, Mr. Fitzpatrick was a senior associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
