Daniel J. Oppenheimer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on the sports and entertainment industries.

Mr. Oppenheimer’s legal experience also includes positions with the National Basketball Association, Sportstars NYC, and The Madison Square Garden Company, where he focused on drafting endorsement agreements, conducting contract research, and supporting player operations.
