Daniel Lassen is a litigator who defends companies in employment disputes, including race, age and gender discrimination, disability accommodation, trade secrets, whistleblowing and retaliation. He has substantial experience litigating before both federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitrators, and has represented corporations at all stages of development, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Dan is a 2010 cum laude graduate of the University of California, San Francisco Law (formerly Hastings), where he was a member of the Hastings Law Journal, and a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he studied persuasive writing as a double major in Philosophy and English Literature.
