Danielle Gibbons

Danielle Gibbons is an associate in the Trial Practice Group. She represents clients in commercial litigation, complex torts, class actions, and other consumer claims. Danielle provides support from case inception through resolution and drives cohesive strategy aligned with client objectives. She also handles appellate matters, developing and implementing briefing strategies and advising trial teams on issue preservation and appellate positioning. She has experience representing clients in a range of industries, including consumer products, automotive and transportation, healthcare and life sciences, and consumer financial services. Danielle maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before entering private practice, Danielle completed a one-year clerkship with Justice Melissa A. Long of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Danielle is a 2021 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
