Daniel Li is a senior associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, and general commercial transactions.
Daniel has experience acting on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, as well as advising on capital markets transactions, including IPOs and equity offerings. He regularly supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution, and post-closing matters.
His practice spans multiple sectors, including technology, education, life sciences, energy, shipping, and logistics.
