Daniel A. Milian practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on general business disputes, real estate litigation, and complex commercial matters. He represents clients in a wide range of issues including partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, landlord/tenant matters, foreclosures, quiet title actions, and injunctions. He also advises on the preparation of corporate documents, including operating agreements and transactional documents related to business sales.
Mr. Milian has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, including matters involving intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. His clients include healthcare providers, technology companies, construction firms, and international distributors. He approaches each matter with a focus on understanding his clients’ business objectives and tailoring litigation strategy accordingly.
Active in civic and professional organizations, Mr. Milian served as Vice Chair of the Planning, Zoning & Appeals Board for the City of Miami and is a former board member of Citizens for a Better South Florida. He is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Loyola Law Alumni Association, and the Belen Alumni Lawyers’ Section.
Mr. Milian is a graduate of Loyola College of Law, where he held multiple student leadership roles, and holds an International Master's in Business Administration from Florida International University. He earned his B.S. from the University of Miami.
