David A. Goldstein is a member of the firm’s Trial Practice Group. Mr. Goldstein has experience handling matters involving commercial, real estate, environmental, trade secrets, and products liability litigation (including Prop 65) in California state and federal court.
Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience representing public entities, including one of the top-10 largest cities in California, California special districts, and the Superior Court of California in several counties.
Mr. Goldstein has been selected to Super Lawyers® Northern California Rising Stars in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Mr. Goldstein is a 2017 cum laude graduate of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Represents one of the nation’s largest healthcare management companies in personal injury lawsuits.
