She has extensive experience in brownfield power and energy, with a successful track record in cross-border M&A transactions. She has negotiated a wide range of construction-related contracts, demonstrating proficiency in handling intricate agreements such as EPC contracts based on FIDIC standards, O&M agreements, and equipment supply and installation service agreements.
In addition, Trang has substantial experience in complex financial structures to support sustainable development projects, including reviewing and negotiating with leading climate-centric blended finance fund managers for their investments in Vietnam.
Trang earned an LL.M. from Penn State Law (USA) in 2020 and a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2009. She is a native speaker of Vietnamese and is fluent in English.

Advised a premier Vietnamese conglomerate on water supply greenfield projects across Vietnam, facilitating complex financial structuring and fundraising efforts with a leading climate-centric blended finance fund manager based in Singapore, including comprehensive internal group restructuring, and reviewing of various project finance agreements and share acquisition agreements across the entire corporate group. Also drafted and negotiated a comprehensive EPC contract for the construction of a state-of-the-art water supply plant and extensive water distribution network with a contractor consortium, based on FIDIC standards.
Advised an Australian industrial real estate private investment fund on its multimillion-dollar investments in Vietnam, including acquisition of the industrial land from the largest industrial real estate developer across multiple provinces, facilitating the construction of factories for leasing.
