Edward J. Keating practices in the area of litigation with a focus on construction law. Mr. Keating has experience representing small businesses and contractors in contractual disputes and mechanics lien actions, and resolving claims from general contractors on surety bonds. He also has experience with products liability and general liability cases and various commercial litigation matters involving U.C.C. issues, common law breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference claims, restrictive covenants, landlord-tenant disputes, licensing agreements and corporate member disputes.
Mr. Keating is a 2018 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a graduate of the University of Illinois.
