Edward J. Keating is a member of Duane Morris' Trial Practice Group. Mr. Keating practices in the area of commercial litigation with a focus on construction law in State and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals. He has experience representing small and large businesses, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in contractual disputes and mechanics lien actions. He also has experience with products liability and general liability cases and various commercial litigation matters involving commercial real estate and loan disputes, U.C.C. issues, common law breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference claims, restrictive covenants, landlord-tenant disputes, licensing agreements and corporate member disputes.
Mr. Keating is a 2018 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a graduate of the University of Illinois.
