Edward J. McKee

Edward J. McKee practices in the area of litigation with a focus on representing lenders and financial institutions in residential and commercial foreclosure actions, bankruptcy and title curative work. He strives to provide the best outcome for his clients. He has negotiated and brokered creative settlements that amicably resolve contested cases. When settlements are not an option, he is prepared to litigate the case at trial. He has prevailed on numerous appeals with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He has an extensive knowledge of the nuances of the 67 different counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
