Elinor H. Murárová is an experienced business counselor and trial attorney who maintains a national practice representing clients in complex litigation matters. Among other things, Ms. Murárová’s work includes representing creditors, CMBS servicers and other industry participants in all aspects of civil litigation involving lender liability claims, commercial loan workouts and loan enforcement.
