Elizabeth Underwood is an associate in the firm's Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David J. Labib of the New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson Vicinage. She previously gained experience as a Student Honors Intern in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Elizabeth earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2024 from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was vice-chair of the Moot Court Board and lead articles editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. Elizabeth is conversational in Mandarin.
