Elliann Dunbar is an associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Her work focuses on complex financing transactions, including leveraged finance and structured credit. Ms. Dunbar has experience representing lenders and borrowers in a range of transactions, such as senior secured credit facilities, collateralized loan obligation (CLO) refinancings, and warehouse financings.
