Flora Lee represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate, automotive, technology, consumer products, health care and pharmaceuticals, and non-profit organizations, including in animal welfare.

Ms. Lee has served as first chair in bench trials, administrative hearings, appeals, and mediations. She has extensive experience handling discovery and e-Discovery and drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs. She regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, employment, administrative law issues, trademark infringement, and business torts. She is also actively involved in pro bono work.

Ms. Lee is a 2019 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude. Ms. Lee previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Irma S. Raker of the Supreme Court of Maryland and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Frederick H. Weisberg of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. 

Before entering law, Ms. Lee taught and researched philosophy at Cornell University and started a consulting practice in Canada. Ms. Lee has traveled extensively and has lived in South Korea, Canada, the U.K., and the U.S.
