Flora Lee represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Her practice spans a broad range of industries and sectors, including banking and finance, construction, real estate, automotive, technology, consumer products, utilities, health care and pharmaceuticals, and nonprofit organizations, including those focused on animal welfare.

Ms. Lee has served as first chair in bench trials, administrative hearings, appeals, and mediations. She has extensive experience managing discovery and e-discovery and drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs. She regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, employment matters, administrative law, trademark infringement, and business torts. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Ms. Lee is a 2019 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Irma S. Raker of the Supreme Court of Maryland and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Frederick H. Weisberg of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Lee taught and researched philosophy at Cornell University and founded an educational consulting practice in Canada. She has traveled extensively and lived in South Korea, Canada, the U.K., and the U.S.
