Geoffrey M. Bougler is an associate in the firm's Private Client Services Practice Group. His practice focuses on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, wealth transfer strategies, and related business and tax matters. Mr. Boulger develops comprehensive planning structures for individuals, families and business owners, including the design and drafting of revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime gifting arrangements, generation-skipping transfer planning and succession strategies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Boulger served as an assistant paralegal at an international immigration law firm, where he managed a high volume of employment-based immigration matters. He also worked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a pre-law clerk in the Criminal Grand Jury Division. Mr. Boulger is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where he earned a High-Tech Law Corporate Certificate with Honors and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Federal Income Tax. He earned his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University.
