Hailey Cherepon is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. Hailey represents clients in complex litigation and appellate matters. Her practice includes drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda, conducting legal research, reviewing records, and supporting trial teams through all phases of litigation. She has experience working on commercial, constitutional, and administrative disputes, as well as criminal appellate matters.
Hailey gained significant experience in government and appellate practice through her service as Associate Legal Counsel in the Executive Office of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Arianna J. Freeman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Hailey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and her bachelor’s degree in history and political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
