Hallie Baggaley

Hallie Baggaley is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. 

Ms. Baggaley is a 2025 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, Volume 26 and recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. In 2022, Hallie received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Latin with a minor in Archaeology from Boston University.
