Hannah E. Travaglini practices in the area of private client services,with a focus on income and estate tax planning. Ms. Travaglini drafts estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other similar instruments, and builds complex spreadsheets. She has experience in federal, state and local income tax planning for individuals and businesses, including drafting documents relating to corporate formation, corporate governance and corporate transactions. Ms. Travaglini has experience in estate and trust administration matters, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and providing counsel to executors and trustees. She has represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local taxing authorities.
Ms. Travaglini is a 2021 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Rhode Island. She is a member of the DM Pride Group and the People with Disabilities and/or Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group
