Hassan Aburish assists companies and employers in the area of employment law, including providing guidance in navigating complex legal issues and representing them in active litigation. Hassan’s primary goal when working with a client is to work efficiently to secure the client’s desired result, negotiating an early settlement or aggressively litigating an action to its conclusion.
Hassan has experience defending all types of employment claims, including retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, Labor Code violation, trade secret violations, and wage and hour class and PAGA claims. Based on his location in Silicon Valley, Hassan primarily represents clients in the technology, bioscience, and crypto/blockchain industries, and also represents companies that specialize in venture capital, transportation, automobile repair and services, product delivery, hospitality and restaurants.
Hassan is a 2014 cum laude graduate of the University of California Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law), and a cum laude graduate of San Francisco State University.
