Ian Kecskes is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. He has experience representing clients in state and federal courts, including depositions, mediations, trials, and appeals. His practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark infringement claims, managing complex discovery, and preparing dispositive and evidentiary motions.

Ian is a 2021 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and a member of UGA’s moot court and mock trial programs, winning multiple championships and individual awards. He is a 2017 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he majored in physics.

Before attending law school, Ian worked as a research physicist for the U.S. Army Research Laboratory at Aberdeen Proving Ground, focusing on the impact physics of prototype armor packages and infrared data analysis. He also conducted semiconductor fabrication research at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
