Isabella Castellón Lebrón is an associate in the firm's Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. She advises businesses on immigration matters across the full cycle of workforce planning, from hiring and transferring global talent to long‑term sponsorship and compliance. Isabella advises employers in data analytics, advertising, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, banking, and entertainment on employment‑based immigration strategies that align with recruiting, retention, and global mobility goals.
In addition to corporate clients, Isabella advises individuals and families through their immigration journey, including strategies that consider tax and residency issues, as well as family priorities. Isabella is fluent in both Spanish and English.
