Jacqueline Jia Yee Ho

Jacqueline Ho is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC.

Jacqueline’s area of practice encompasses a broad range of expertise, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments. She also advises on a broad range of general corporate matters, including employment, fundraising and corporate restructurings.

Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 2017. She was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Victoria, Australia (2021), and in England and Wales (2025).
