Jared Vann is a trial lawyer in Duane Morris’ Trial Practice Group, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, and real estate-related litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes across a range of industries, including construction, real estate, energy, financial services, and technology.
A substantial portion of Jared’s practice involves construction litigation, where he represents owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in disputes involving alleged defects, project delays, contract interpretation, and risk allocation. He also has significant experience litigating non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret disputes, including matters arising from employee departures, acquisitions, alleged misuse of confidential information, and requests for injunctive relief.
Mr. Vann is a 2021 cum laude graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston and a 2018 graduate of the University of Houston, where he received a Bachelor of Science.
