Jeremy H. Salinger practices in the area of employment law with a focus on class actions. He also has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes and civil rights matters.  He has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and manufacturing, in both federal and state courts.

Jeremy has substantial experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, and taking cases through trial and appeal. He has conducted trials in federal court, authored multiple amicus briefs in high-profile constitutional and civil matters—including before the U.S. Supreme Court—and advised public and private entities on employment and fiduciary issues. His pro bono practice primarily includes civil rights, criminal, and immigration work.

Prior to joining private practice, Jeremy served as a staff law clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where he worked for all of the appellate judges, drafting dozens of bench memoranda and orders across a wide spectrum of cases.

Jeremy graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was a senior article editor of the Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law and president of the Jewish Law Student Association. He earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Economics and Political Science and a minor in Neuroscience and Health Care Management from the Wharton School.
