Jesse D. Sutz is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on all areas of employment and labor law. Mr. Sutz represents clients in wage and hour class and PAGA actions, single-plaintiff matters under federal and state equal protection statutes, trade secrets cases and labor disputes, in federal court, state court and arbitration. He also represents his clients in charges of discrimination and harassment with federal and state agencies, along with unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Sutz also regularly counsels his clients on employment issues.
Mr. Sutz graduated with high honors from Emory University School of Law in 2018. He was an articles editor of the Emory Law Journal and elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Sutz received his undergraduate degree from Emory University.
