Licensed in the District of Columbia and Florida, Jessica is also experienced in litigating commercial business disputes in U.S. state and federal courts. She has first and second-chaired numerous high-stakes international arbitration hearings and jury trials. Additionally, Jessica’s experience includes conducting comprehensive cross-border and multi-jurisdictional investigations, encompassing both internal and government-related inquiries.

Her professional background is complemented by her experiences living and studying in Colombia and Spain. A native speaker of both Spanish and English, she possesses extensive experience in managing cross-border disputes in both languages.
