Experienced in representing clients in international arbitration panels under ICSID, ICC, AAA/ICDR, and UNCITRAL rules, her practice covers commercial and investor-state arbitrations serving both governments and investors. Licensed in the District of Columbia and Florida, Jessica is also experienced in litigating commercial business disputes in U.S. state and federal courts. She has first and second-chaired numerous high-stakes international arbitration hearings and jury trials. Additionally, Jessica’s experience includes conducting comprehensive cross-border and multi-jurisdictional investigations, encompassing both internal and government-related inquiries.
Her professional background is complemented by her experiences living and studying in Colombia and Spain. A native speaker of both Spanish and English, she possesses extensive experience in managing cross-border disputes in both languages.
