Represented Bainbridge Ltd., which held defaulted bonds issued by the Republic of Argentina, in its settlement with the government in return for $67 million. This is the culmination of the firm’s 14 years of representation against the nation. The case featured landmark court rulings in favor of the discovery and seizure of sovereign assets held outside the United States, including shares in a nationally-owned petroleum company.
