Jiselle is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP.

Jiselle practices in the area of corporate and employment law, with a focus on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactional matters. She has experience advising U.S. and European energy infrastructure companies on government project disputes and has assisted a wide range of international clients with negotiations, proposals, contractual arrangements, and cross-border business opportunities.

Jiselle also maintains close working relationships with leading law firms across Latin America.

Jiselle holds an LL.B. from National Taiwan University and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She was admitted to the Taiwan Bar in 2021 and to the New York Bar in 2025. 

She is fluent in Mandarin and conversant in Basic Spanish.
