Jonathan Onufrak

Jonathan Onufrak practices in the area of trusts and estates law, focusing on estate planning, estate administration, probate, and taxation matters. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families preserve and protect their hard-earned wealth through thoughtful and strategic planning.

Mr. Onufrak advises clients on a wide range of estate planning tools—from foundational documents such as wills and revocable trusts to more sophisticated strategies including spousal lifetime access trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts. He also provides comprehensive counsel on estate and trust administration, guiding families through the complexities of probate and fiduciary responsibilities with clarity and care.

Mr. Onufrak earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.S. from the University of South Florida. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
