Jordy Hur is a partner in the firm's Trial Practice Group, focusing her practice on international antitrust investigations and litigation, including government investigations, enforcement actions, and private class actions. Ms. Hur has experience coordinating complex antitrust investigations and litigation across jurisdictions in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, and advises clients on competition risks, regulatory strategy and responses to government inquiries.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Hur served for more than seven years as an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, Health Care Division, where she played key roles in high-profile antitrust investigations and litigation involving the pharmaceutical, healthcare technology and life sciences industries. She also served on detail as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she investigated and prosecuted federal criminal matters and handled grand jury proceedings.
