Julian A. Jackson-Fannin is an attorney in Duane Morris’ Miami office practicing in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Jackson-Fannin has litigated complex matters in both state and federal courts. During his career, he has advised and represented companies of all sizes as well as individuals in a variety of commercial matters, including contract disputes, consumer protection, copyrights, employment disputes, administrative and regulatory challenges, and media and art law.

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Jackson-Fannin clerked for the Honorable Donald L. Graham, Senior United States District Judge, at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Jackson-Fannin also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit, where he represented indigent clients as lead and secondary trial counsel on numerous misdemeanor and felony cases.

Mr. Jackson-Fannin is a 2011 cum laude graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida A&M University Law Review, and a graduate of Emory University.
