Kathryn White is a member of the firm's Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. She represents employers and executives in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, wage and hour claims, and workplace investigations. She also advises clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and day-to-day workplace issues.
Kathryn has experience preparing pleadings, dispositive motions and discovery, and has participated in trials, hearings, depositions and mediations. She also counsels clients on employment contracts, restrictive covenants and alternative dispute resolution.
